#1) Fill in the total number of Holes Played for each 9 holes. In the Index, fill in the Total Holes Played.
#2) Fill in the Hole HDCP rating and in the Index enter your current HDCP.
#3) Fill in the Tee Played with the course designation. For example, (F) for front; (M) for middle; (B) for back. Or, as an alternative, you could enter the yardage for each hole. In the Stat Index enter the Total Course Yardage for the Tee Played.
#4) Fill in the Hole Par for each hole and total each 9 holes. In the Index, fill in the Total Par.
#5) Enter your Score for each hole and total each 9 holes. In the Index, fill in your Total Score and +/- Par.
#6 ) Enter your HDCP strokes for each hole. Total each 9 holes and in the Index, enter your total HDCP strokes for the round.
#7) Enter your Net Score for each hole, total each 9 holes and in the Index enter your Net Score and +/- Par.
