#14) G.I.R is marked with a (check) if you have reached the green in (1) stroke on a par 3; (2) strokes or less on a par 4 or (3) strokes or less on a par 5. If you do not have a G.I.R. then leave this blank. As in the previous categories, total your 9 hole instances, sum total your round and enter the corresponding % in the Stat Index using the conversion chart on the opposite side of the card.
#15) Rough/Playable is marked using the same criteria as in category #9, except for the fact that this category is for lies around the green only. Examples would be pitch and run, chip shots, lob shots, etc. Alternately, you can mark an (R) for Rough or a (F) for fringe. This works in conjunction with the database for round summaries.
#16) Rough/Unplayable is marked using the same criteria as in category #10, except for the fact that this category is also for lies around the green only. Examples would be pitch and run, chip shots, lob shots, etc.
#17) Greenside Traps are marked using the same criteria as in category #11, except for the fact that this category is also for lies in traps around the green only.
Note: For categories 15,16 and 17 enter your 9 hole totals, round totals and percentages as in categories 9,10 and 11.
#18) Distance From Pin (approx. feet) is marked with average distances. Your goal here is to mark down a close estimate of the distance that your ball lies from the pin with your approach shot, that is, any shot you play through-the-green.
#19) O.B./H2O Penalty is marked is the same criteria as in category #12.
#20) Other Penalty is marked using the same criteria as in category #13.
